HIGHEST (BUFFALO COW AND CALF): R20 MILLION

Rustenburg – Piet du Toit’s game auction was held on 13 April at the farm Hoogenboomen, Lindleyspoort near Rustenburg. Total turnover was R146 million. A buffalo cow (Tanzania) with her heifer calf was sold for R20 million to Boet and Jaco Troskie. The auction was hosted by Vleissentraal Bosveld with Brandon Leer and Willie Roux as the auctioneers.
