This is part of a two-phase programme in commemoration of Mandela Day – ‘working together for a cleaner South Africa’ at Impendle Local Municipality in rural KZN. This programme represents a partnership between the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the KZN provincial department of agriculture and rural development and the local municipality.
Cele will also address youth about the importance of young people being involved in agriculture, according to a media statement.
