The bull Blikkies (LEB 01 209) of Oufontein Farming was sold for R30 000 to Gary van Niekerk of Iyanda Ngunis. Three-in-one stud cows averaged R7 900, with OF 07 0008 fetching the top price of R11 000. It was sold by Oufontein Farming and bought by AJ de Jager.
Cows with calves averaged R8 100, with a top price of R16 000 paid by AJ de Jager for Oufontein Farming’s OF 07 0013. Geoff Crewe-Brown bought the highest-priced pregnant cow for R7 750. The auction was conducted by Sheard Auctioneers, with Ian Sheard as the auctioneer.
