Agriculture minister, Senzeni Zokwana, spoke to Farmer’s Weekly after President Jacob Zuma delivered his State of the Nation address in Parliament.

The minister commented on how the proposed Agri-Parks, for which government has provided R2 billion in provisional funding, would be set up.

He also commented on the reasons why the ANC was eager to implement a 12 000ha land ceiling and ban on foreign land ownership.
