Employers will receive an incentive for employing youths, subject to conditions, and a reduction in PAYE. Employers will be able to claim the incentive for a 24-month period for all employees who qualify.
The deadline for the incentive is 31 December 2016, but its effectiveness will be reviewed to determine whether or not to continue with the incentive.
