New Agribusiness website launched

The Joint Agbiz/Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Forum for Africa (JADAFA) launched its new website on Thursday, 19 June.

According to a media statement released by Agbiz, JADAFA focuses on relevant market information that plays a critical role in shaping investment and trade decisions for SA agribusinesses in Africa.

The website is designed to make it easy for visitors to navigate through African country profiles. Each profile includes brief but comprehensive information about the country’s macro-environment, commodities, livestock, statistics and contacts. Currently, profiles are available for 12 African countries, with more being developed.

Visitors to the site can find information about trade agreements, trade and industrial policies and upcoming events. The website will be updated regularly with news and information.
