Parys- The National Boran Sale was held on 16 July at Afridome in Parys, Free State.
The highest-priced bull (Mountain View Big Red BS 09 0023) from Drostdy Boran, Swellendam, was sold for R140 000. The highest-priced in-calf heifer (Pratos PT 14 0010) from Pratos Boran, Lichtenburg, was also sold for R140 000.
The sale was conducted by Vleissentraal, with Johan van der Nest as the auctioneer.
