Stellenbosch – Stellenbosch University held its annual production sale on 13 July. The offer consisted of 53 Dohne Merino rams. The highest-priced ram was sold to Peter Delport of Franskraal, Caledon, for R26 000, and the average price was R9 135. The sale was conducted by BKB Western Cape, with Appie Maritz as the auctioneer.
