Simmentaler SA

The Simmentaler of Southern Africa is a dual purpose animal possessing a great measure of good beef and milk producing characteristics. Color may vary from dark red to cream, spread about the body in random patterns. The Society makes use of the world’s most advanced beef cattle genetic evaluation system to process breeding values for a range of important weight, milk, reproduction and carcase traits.
