KZN compost company Farmyard Organics has grown a 60kg Atlantic Giant pumpkin.

The pumpkin was planted in December 2013 as part of an experiment. It reached maturity in February 2014 and was harvested.

Atlantic Giants is a variety of pumpkin known to reach weights of 600kg and is commonly grown for competitions.
