According to the latest statistics published by the South African Table Grape Industry (SATI) the total number of cartons passes for export increased from 52,5 million cartons (4,5kg cartons) in 2009/2010 and 49,2 million cartons in 2010/2011 to more than 54,6 million cartons exported this season.
