Bredasdorp – Komarsekraal Merinos held its annual promotional sale on 2 August. The offer consisted of 48 rams of which 47 sold at an average price of R6 700.
The highest-priced ram was sold to Jan Walters (Leliefontein Boerdery) of Malmesbury for R13 500. The sale was conducted by BKB Western Cape, with Appie Maritz as the auctioneer.
