Invitation to submit offers for a poultry farm

Bid Power Auctioneers invites interested bidders to submit offers for the acquisition of the business of Ukhahlamba Poultry Farm (PTY) LTD trading as Nu Dawn Eggs (in business rescue) as a going concern.
The process will be concluded pursuant to four phases which are:
1. Submission of expression of interests by 24 February 2023.
2. Viewing by appointment from 27 February 2023 – 3 March 2023.
3. Submission of binding offers by 16 March 2023.
4. Determination of the preferred bidder on 20 March 2023.
Once the expression of interest has been received, you will be issued with a process letter setting out all the compliance requirements.
Upon receipt of the above, an information pack will be sent to all parties who have complied with the requirements contained in the said process letter.
