The Olea Dohne Merino Stud Production Sale was held on the farm Strydfontein on 18 January on behalf of Boet and Cecilia Steenkamp.

The highest price of the day was paid for a ram, which was sold to Welgesind Farms in Randfontein for R11 500. Rams achieved an average price of R6 500.

Lambs achieved an average price of R800, while ewes achieved an average price of R1 277,68. Ewes with lambs were sold for an average price of R1 726,67.
The sale was held by OVK, with Ronnie Koekemoer as the auctioneer
