Ingredients
- 500g dried fruit mix
- 375g self-raising flour
- 300ml liquid – brandy, rum, ginger beer, chocolate milk or anything you think will work.
- 3g mixed spice
Method
- Put the dried fruit mix in a good sized bowl, add the liquid and leave for 24 hours.
- Add the flour and mixed spice, and mix vigorously.
- Spoon the mixture into a muffin container or tray
- Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
