Highest (ram): R115 000

Barkly East – BKB held a successful sale on the farm of Tink Strydom, Hartebeesfontein, in the Barkly East district, on 17 January. The highest price paid for a ram was R115 000 and the average price for rams was R8 662. Ewes sold for an average of R1 210.
