On the agri side, you’ll be able to witness more than 5 000 cattle, sheep, horses, and goats competing in 23 championships of which 10 are national championships and three world shows.

  • The Vleissentraal/SA Stud Book Bull growth test class, the BKB interbreed competition and the National sheep shearing competition are some of the highlights not to be missed.
  • The horse section hosts the World Open Saddlebred Horse Championship, Miniature Horse regional championship, Tentpegging as well as the first Farrier interprovincial championship.

The Farmyard Hall is a fantastic destination for all families, especially for those with young children. There will be a variety of pigeons, chickens, fancy rats, museums exhibitions of Mangaung Fire Brigade and SA Armour and even a mini farmyard filled with cute and friendly animals.

  • Free Wi-Fi across the Bloem Showgrounds for the full nine days is a game-changer, offering several benefits to both visitors and businesses.
  • The QR codes on the programmes, gate admission boards and YOU ARE HERE boards will give you access to Bloem Show’s own ‘GPS’ to get you where you want to be and to give access to all Show specials and food stall menus.

Thrill-seekers can look forward to 36 fun fair rides and games. Other entertainment include the FMX motorbike stunts, fire dancers and Brian Capper motorbike shows on 1 May, oval track racing and skydiving as well as a special mascot charity run on 2 May and spinning on 3 May.

A special treat for the ladies on 1 May! For just R350, you can enjoy some inspiration by the popular Donnalee Roberts, with a flash makeover by Ilse du Preez and much more.

The Bloem Show 2025 will feature some fantastic exhibitions that offer something for everyone! Come and have a look at the 360 exhibitors displaying their products and services at Bloem Show this year.

From home decor and furniture, clothes, accessories, special quality gifts, healthy living options, the most recent techno developments and outdoor products, to beauty, motor vehicles and agri exhibitions.

The food stalls will be a highlight for all foodies. With over 60 food stalls from local delicacies, savoury snacks to sweet treats, there’s something to satisfy every craving.

Exhibitions by the SANDF and SA Police Service will again offer incredible educational value to visitors.

The Bloem Show creative handwork and art section is the largest of its kind in the country with more than 2 711 entries and 20 different classes. Browse through and appreciate great talent.

An amazing line-up of artist performances are planned, including Posduif, Droomsindroom, Die Piesangskille, Ricus Nel, Riaan Benade, Bernice West, Bok van Blerk, Chris Steyn, Appel, Dienkie en Doedels for the children and several local artists like Belinda en Amy, Albert Smith and Ryk Kleinhans, as well as the ever popular FamFest on the last Saturday, with Kmat, Uncool MC, DJ Jacob, Le Goody and much more.
