There is a need to share their successes with other producers and to illustrate that transformation, can impact positively on businesses and workers if it is implemented with sustainability in mind,” says Johan Giliomee, advice service manager of VinPro and coordinator of the workshop.

Giliomee will provide an overview of successful transformation and empowerment in the wine industry and will be followed by the representative of Solms-Delta who will provide perspective and approaches that enhance successful empowerment and the benefits it offers to commercial producers.
