Burgersdorp – Harm and Alwyn Marx held their production sale on their farm Essex on 25 May. The highest-priced bull (Burowill ASE 13 0020) was sold for R140 000 and the average price was R44 863.
The highest-priced open heifer was sold for R16 000, and the average price was R9 007.
The sale was conducted by BKB, with JJ van der Watt as the auctioneer.
