Kroonstad – The Sale of the Greys took place on 2 May. Burnie Staal of Kroonstad sold the most expensive heifer to Johan Schoeman, also of Kroonstad, for R70 000. Burnie Staal sold the top-priced cow with calf for R58 000 to Sybrand Otto of Mosselbay. The auction was hosted by Simon Hughes Marketing.
