Here is a layout and sketch of your new home additions as discussed and configured on site.
I have used gable-ended roofs to match those of your existing home. This will give you the option of creating additional office and storage areas in the attic, as indicated by the dotted line.

The wooden stairs that will be affixed to the exterior wall will serve both attic areas.
I have included windows in the gable ends, and one other dormer window. You may want to include more of these windows to match those of your existing house.
