The estate, perched on the edge of a large dam, has just been granted development rights for eight sectional title homes. This design for their five-bedroom family home, is the result of an on-site assessment and one-on-one discussion. It will be located on a hilltop where they will often have to contend with strong wind. As all the homes on the estate will have to blend into the natural environment, thatched roofs, earth-coloured walls and rockwork will be featured in the buildings.
