Here is a sketch taken from the rough layout you gave me. Some parts of the layout were a bit of a puzzle, but I imagined what you were trying to reflect. The bay window and projecting main bedroom are highly practical and provide character to the home.
As the veranda and bay window have a low-pitched roof, I’ve shown the cladding as translucent perspex. This helps to prevent breakage and provides a warm ‘dassie’s corner’ for those cold winter days. The rooms are average-sized and can be reduced to save cost.
