Membership of our clay pigeon shooting range has grown over the years, and we now need to cater for more than 200 participants and their families. At the moment there is adequate accommodation to cope with the increase in visitors, but we’ll need to extend the facilities soon.
For the moment, I think we will have to go ahead with the three-silo conversion you designed for us six years ago. We will then develop further facilities for our members to relax in while away from the shoot. For general gatherings, we require an 8m x 17m lapa, as well as kitchen, braai and catering facilities, but for occasional large events, we’ll hire a marquee, tables and chairs. Attached is a rough layout of the additional facilities required for now.

Thanks for the rough layout sketch and the photos of the site. I’ve adjusted your entertainment/relaxing facilities’ design a little, but it is virtually the same as what you proposed. Let me have your further thoughts and I’ll proceed with the working drawings.
